........preparing the Yogurt and Garlic Sauce....plus kacang kuda for a change ??

3 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoon olive oil, 2 teaspoons ground allspice, 1 tablespoon ground coriander, 3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander, 1kg boneless chicken thigh fillets, 6 white Lebanese breads and 2 large handfuls of shredded iceberg lettuce.

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, slowly slowly catch the monkey !!... sorry cook the chicken....hahaha ??. ...turn over and over often don't over cook too laaaa !!....must keep the juices in the meat.

Walla,,,,,,,,,,,ready to serve !!

Just heat up frying pan or bbq grill to medium-high.

,,,Combine the lemon juice, little bit olives oil, spices, a pinch of salt and coriander in a large bowl...add the chicken and toss to coat.

,,,Cook/fry slowly the chicken for 5 - 10 minutes until cooked.

,,,Shred chicken with very sharp knife !!.

Make up the Yogurt & Garlic Sauce...blend the 6 garlic cloves, 2 - 3 teaspoons of lemon juice plus some salt in a blender or bottle !!.. until smooth. Gradually add the 1/4 cup each of olive & sunflower oils in a thin steady stream until the sauce has thicken, then fold in the yogurt and sumac or some allspice. (for a change, make similar sauce but add some kacang kuda !!)

Prepare the Quick Tabouleh i.e. combine the chopped parsley, tomato and onion.

To assemble, place/toss Lebanese bread on the hot frying pan for 5 - 10 seconds to warm, then spread with the yogurt and garlic sauce. Arrange the tobouleh, luttuce and chicken on the top. Roll up to enclose and cut in half to serve !!!!....Walla.... Lunch is ready within 15 - 20 minutes ??.

Wow !!......refreshed plus bloody easy/relax and good too......yaaaaa !!

She was just a tiny but cute 2 months old puppy when I got her from another friend from "The Moon" an interesting hideaway at Cherating !!,,,,the place reminds me of the captured CTs camps during my tough and bloody combat tour of duty back in the early 70ths...until mid 1982.

YES !! .....those were the deadly battle days when bullets were passing through my cockpit and death was a split second or just inchs away if your number is up or over due ??.

,,,,Guess, I was one of the lucky few that got away in one piece but unfortunately many of my buddies lost their life fighting against Chin Peng and his not so merry men/women !.

To the many "Army Dogs" that were involved, they played their silence role/part in tracking the enemy plus sniffing the thousands of deadly booby traps,,,,many of us were saved from those hidden dangers if not for these smart dogs !!.

I always have much attachment and respect to these service dogs...the unknown heros.....YES, may I salute to all of these "man best friends" for their 'tour of duty' for King and Country.

YES !!,,,,JANE you came into my life in April 2006 and has always kept guard and good company plus protected me against the many hazards,,,,,snakes that lay hidden from my eyes yet you could sense them before I could take the next step !... the huge hungry python at the kitchen a week ago ??,,,,,Finding our way back in the middle of the nite after looking for lost travelers in the jungle, Warning those not welcome to Capt's Longhouse to stay away, Chasing my shadow along the beach and playing catch me if you can !! HaHaHa....and you are always pretty fast yoo buddy !!.

01st April'2009,,,,,,still a very BIG fool/guy yaaaaa!! ..with JANE my best friend on the island. She takes good care of Capt's Longhouse security and is most protective of meself especially at night. Pls knock or call me out and don't just enter unless I have ordered her to stay !.

Hohohoo,,,,,,,,,,at 88 kgs in Feb'2009 and not at all healthy !!. in truth, I was kind of sickly too....pain here and there, no strength no energy for anything !!. I was a BIG piece of shit so to say !!

hi,,,,,Fatty ??..........meself at the start after retirement !!...almost at 90 kg-lah ,,,,,,,,,,yoo BIG brother size XXL or XL !!....very lazy fellow, just eat & sleep and still get paid !!,,,,,,,,,i never felt nice or good about it,,,,I needed more action and freedom plus TIME to myself.

WHY now ??,,,,,,,,ha ha !!,,,,,,great to slim down and be fighting fit again yaa !!...just compare the pictures yaa........the changes by the days yoo !!
I was wasted, really in bad shape,,,,,Thank God !!!!, am now back in bloody good shape physically,,,,,,not too sure mentally-lah... hahaha !!

,,,,,Budget for its full life cycle prior to jumping into the bandwagon on a life time of trills or trips to new adventures across the horizon.

,,,,,Dangers associated with junk sail boat types, to be registered into my pc for training plus preparation purposes ??. Cross wind tagging and hazards due to slow responses as compared to modern sails that am used to !!. Manual system as standard protocol....lots of blood, sweat and tears yoo !.

......Yoohohoo !!,,,,,,,,,,sailing a Malay Pirate Ship is not a joke !!, ,,,as for NAGA 1.... she is somewhere in Australia right now if am not wrong ??. Similarly ATTU where are you now ?? .....With a sister ship to compare notes with,,,,GADIS KU would be a safer vessel too.

Oooo yaa !!,,,We have tested her in the worst of all storms recently and she pulled us through yaa !!.
