Our special personalized “Malaysian Hospitality & Services” as the marketing tool !!!.
YES indeed,,,,,,,,,,AT YOUR SERVICE WITH Capt. Shariff Abbas and his 1st mate, Inche Asaari at Capt’s Longhouse, Kapas Island.
As a "proactive service provider" keeping the customer 100% satisfied should be the most important element-lah, don’t forget that yaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!.
Yooooooo,,,,,,,Our extra special service must make bloody sense too.
Just simple common sense must always prevail in service rendered to our customer at Capt’s Longhouse. We serve people of all walks of life, in all income clusters from various histories and family backgrounds, and nationalities/colors plus all walks of life.
Mind you, some are just too funny-lah,,,, hehehe. (asking for 100% service from me ,,,Geeeee !!!, mind you, am just too expensive-lah but sometimes free sample is available kot ?,,,,,hahaha !!!!)
Our personalized type of service is time/culture-sensitive and it must be agile to times as well. What may work yesterday or today may no longer do so tomorrow as priorities change, expectations grow with maturing public.
Well, change indeed is constant and progressive onboard the island,,,,,,we have to just DO it-lah !!!!!! don’t just talk with no action about it O.K. !!!!!. Just follow this simple process,,,,Plan/Select/Act/Execute/Operate/Review !!!!!!
In each of our defined daily roles — we each look for one thing and one thing only when we seek a “SERVICE”.,,,,,, Is that asking for too much ?.
Here on the island when we turn up to a point of service, it is delivered as promised by the yours truly the Captain himself and his molly crew with basic human courtesies extended plus with our special Malaysian pirate smile.,,,,Yoooooo.
Mind you, no amount of modern technology advancement can replace this basic/simple/elementary and essential need we all want from a service !,,,,,,,,,,,service with a smile yaaaaaa.
The fundamental essence of service is respecting the “sacredness of time itself”;,,,,,, indeed the sacredness of the customer’s time. We also remember that the customer is the most important person, not the service provider. Mind you,,,,,,He/She the customer is the BOSS as always !.
If ever we keep people waiting without notice and set expectations, it displays total disrespect for that person. ,,,,,,,,,Sunggoh kurang SOPAN kan ?.
Indeed, strength of individual character is the focal point in providing this extra special service.
Remember that where there is strength in character, integrity follows. Where there is integrity, what is expected of one in any situation and of any task is delivered and delivered to nothing less than excellence and fineness/fairness. (got this from somewhere-lah)
When we have people with the right attitude and character delivering service, their quest for success will be driven by making life as simple and comfortable for the valued customers.
As service providers we must accept criticisms as a gift, a gift for improvement without which we remain stagnant and stupid. ,,,,,,,Betul-kan ?
Without proactive engagement/dialogue/communiction, we will continue to operate in our own isolated world view — an ineffective proposition by any means even when one is living on an island. ,,,,,,,yaaaaaa!!!!
