My Gallstones-lah,,,removed naturally.

Very clean & clear water, where I would normally catch sting rays for dinner or BBQ.

Guess what ?,,,,,,,,,picture of rocks at Capt's Longhouse beach front, reminds me of my Gallstones !!!!!,,,,,,,,,, so far done this natural treatment,,,, 3 x times in 2008 and am hopefully gallstones free for a long while.

Its easy and kind of safe,,,,just drink 1 glass of fresh apple juice for 5 nights (from 4-5 green apples or just eat them !)

,,,,,, and on the 6th night, take 1 x spoon of epsom salt mixed with water at 0600 p.m. and again at 0800 p.m.

At 1000 p.m. drink 1 x glass of mixed Lemon juice and Olive Oil.

AND that's it !!!!!!,,,,just wait and later run to the toilet and shit everything out.......the gallstones will be green in colour and will float,,,,,,pick them up if you want to further check it. (use a spoon-lah)

,,,,,,,try it out, it works for me,,,,,,,sharing my experience-lah. The next morning, you will find even more green stones in your stools. "Usually they float," and "You might want to count them. I have had friends who passes 40, 50 or up to 100 stones. Very many."
"Even if you don't have any symptoms of gallstones, you still might have some. It's always good to give your gall bladder a clean-up now and then.

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,PASS THIS AND YOU MAY HELP OTHERS!

Seafarer Life of KapasPirateKing and Family Tree.

Before I move forward and while the memory is still fresh, might as well note these events down !!!

Preparation and sea trials for both the young crew and ULUMULU before the Labuan race but the weather was too calm, so nothing eventfull happened.

Perhaps I should write about the stormy ride across the South China Sea too one of these days ?. Or on the stormy ride my Great Grand Father did many many years ago,,,,,!!!!

Well, guess my sailing days is back again but this time round, am looking at traditional Malay sailing junks,,,,,which you can still find being constructed at Pulau Duyong. Also interested to sail in traditional Chinese sailing junks that are still available at Hong Kong and China.

Guess its in the genes,,,,,,since my Seafarer, Great Great Grand Father and his Trader son, Chinese Great Grand Father sailed from Canton, Guang Zhou, China sometime in early 1830 -1870 to Penang as a sailor/merchant.....ala pirate !.

Great Grand Father, Yatim Abdullah had 2 wifes, with initially Great Grand Mother Hafishah (India descendant) had eldest daughter,,,,,my 2nd Grand Aunty Khadijah who got married into the ,,,,,,,>Perak Royal family tree.

With his 2nd wife, my Aceh & Penang Malay, Great Grand Mother Wan Teh, had 1st son, my Grand Father Mohd Ariff 1873 - 1950, who also married to 2 wifes, my Grand Mother Aminah and 2nd Grand Ma Umi Kalsom > i.e. ,,,,,,to the >Perak, Yom Ahmad family tree.

Her 2nd son, my Grand Uncle Mohd Taid married to my Grand mother's sister Grand Aunty Sariah and had 5 children, Che Kiah, Kalsom, Mariam, Osman and Sofian.

Grand Father Mohd Ariff (Founder of Batu Gajah, Perak)with Grand Mother Aminah had 12 children ; Abdul Rani, Kaisom, Zainab, Wan Chik, Wan Su, Che Noor, Hubsah, Wan Teh, Ariffin, Abbas, Abu Suood and Kamat.

My father's family, Hj. Abbas Mohd Ariff had 11 children, Eldest son Azrai, died during 2nd world war, Habsah, Shamsiah, Md. Halim died in 1983, Md Shariff (myself), Md Amin, Fajariah, Normadiah, Abbasiah and Md Zaaba.

Myself, Capt. Shariff with Habibah (Kedah Malay/Thai/Indian & Pahang Mat Kilau/Jawa Bugis product) we have only 2 daughters Azlina and Azreena plus son Azrai.

Now,,,how do you like that ?,,,,,,,my Family Tree from my Father's side only,,,,,my late Mother, Hjh. Sophie Asha'arie has Royal Aceh/Sumatra, Siamese, Indian and Prai/Penang Malay bloodlines,,,,,,,and that would be another interesting story-lah.

By a strange twist of fate, apparently HRH Raja Azlan Shah is unfortunately somehow related to the infamous fellow on Kapas!!!!,,,we are indeed distancely related by the unroyal bloodline in marriage from ,,,,ala pirate ?.,,,,so its o.k.-lah I guess to call meself PirateKing too !,,,,,,, heheheh,,,,,,,Yoo Ho Hoo.

Just thinking out loud on the island

just loves the blue sky & sea
Am pretty blessed and very thankful with the good life plus be finally back at the island for good this time round – just be cool, many rainy days so far but with my basic land/sea survival skills and still kind of healthy even at this rather late stage of the game, I shall be just fine.

I have now chosen to spend the rest of my solitude lifestyle,,,,,to just lazing away in my hideaway home at the island. Since I'm just an unknown guy, a non-Datuk, a Tan or Tun Sri, so I guess should be able to get away with it. I have always been my own master ever since from day one, who does his own things, always out of step most time and thus at times, to be labeled as an character or a rebel at times from even in the early days,,,,,, till now.

HOWEVER, there is a pretty heavy price to pay though - I can’t fall back on tribal or group support when oppressed or challenged. I just have to learn to survive and fight back with that all alone, been indeed a steep learning curve all the time. Having to survive to-date by all means in this "rat race" or "dog eat dog" World.

BUT unfortunately for some, am also a bloody strong healthy XXL in body size, so no one should be foolish enough to mess around with yours truly-lah. Just remember, I don't have any enemies cas. they are all dead !.

O.K. just kidding,,,,, am just an apolitical pussy cat lover, so no worries mate. And I can talk my way around in most situation, whatever or whenever it may be.

Indeed, I can often identify with the young, old and the odd, traditional and non-traditional, plus even with animals and fishes too. Normally, I don’t fish or hunt/kill for my meal. Which can be difficult living on an island, fortunately at times my crew does that for our daily survival food on the table. But most time we barter coconuts for fishes directly from the local/thai fisherman and purchase food stuffs from Mydin in KT from the house guest pickings/contributions.

In fact, I can survive on young coconuts forever and ever on the island, but not for the crew or houseguests at Capt’s Longhouse. So just can’t get away with the shopping in town. Maybe, we should try out the flying bats and island Geeko too for a change to-nite?.

“Yes We Can” ,,,,,,,Guess am kind of hungry right now too.

O.K. guys,,,,,,,, lets chop down a coconut tree again,,,,, hahaha.

I wanted to contribute and participate in the IT World,,,,,,I co-developed and implemented the GLMS phase 1 & 11 software together with IBS India & Shell Global.

I wanted to know the British that colonized my country,,,,,,I drove/flew across the U.K. and done a short tour with the RAF, plus an qualified RAF Flying Instructor.

I wanted to be a professional civilian aircrew,,,,,,,I got my ATPL and flew offshore with Bristow Helicopters and later with MHS Helicopters.

I wanted to be like JR Erwin as in Dallas,,,,,,,I joined Shell jadi 'orang minyak'-Oilman for 22 years !.

I wanted to help others,,,,,,I was the Chairman of the MSSC for 2 terms during the 1997-8 economic downturn period and assisted thousands of effected staffs and individuals.

I wanted to inter-grade the people of the World,,,,,,,I built the Capt's Longhouse on Kapas Island for it.

I wanted lots of SMILES & LOVING FACES,,,,,,I am finding them every where and lots at Kapas Island! ,,,,,,,Meooooowwww. ,,,,,,I nowadays collect strays & others too !!!!!!. hehehe

Captain @ KapasPirateKing

CAPTAIN (derived from Lat. caput, head, through the Low Lat. capitanus), a chief or leader, in various connexions, but particularly a grade officer in the army or navy.
At sea the name of captain is given to all who command ships whether they belong to the military navy of their country or not, or whether they hold the substantive rank or not. Thus a lieutenant when in command of a vessel is addressed as captain.
In France a naval lieutenant is addressed as mon capitaine, because he has that comparative rank in the army. The master of a merchant ship is known as her captain. But the name is also used in the strict sense of foreman, or head man, to describe many of the minor or "petty" officers of a British or American man-of-war - the captain of a top, of the forecastle, or of a gun. The title. "post captain" in the British navy means simply full captain, and is the equivalent of the French capitaine de vaisseau. It had its origin in the fact that captains appointed to a ship of twenty guns and upwards were included in, or "posted" on, the permanent list of captains from among whom the admirals were chosen. The captain of the fleet is an officer who acts as chief of the staff to an admiral commanding a large force. The position is equivalent to flag rank, but is held by a captain. Staff captain is the highest grade of the officers entrusted with the navigation of a ship or fleet.
The military rank of captain (Fr. capitaine, Ger. Hauptmann, or in the cavalry, Rittmeister), which was formerly the title of an officer of high rank corresponding to the modern general officer or colonel, has with the gradual subdivision and articulation of armies, come to be applied to the commanders of companies or squadrons, and in general to officers of the grade equivalent to this command (see Officers).

The Malay Peninsula

MALAY PENINSULA (called by the Malays Tanah Malayu, i.e. the Malay Land), a lozenge-shaped strip of land projecting into the China Sea, and forming the most southerly portion of the continent of Asia. Geographically, the peninsula begins at the isthmus of Kra, io° N., at which point it is only between 60 and 70 m. in width, and the distance from sea to sea is further diminished by a large irregular salt-water inlet. Politically and anthropologically, however, this upper portion must be regarded as a continuation of the kingdom of Siam rather than as a section of Malaya. From the isthmus of Kra the peninsula extends south with a general inclination towards the east, the most southerly point being Tanjong Bulus in 1° 162' N. A line drawn diagonally down the centre from the isthmus of Kra to Cape Romania (Ramunya) gives the extreme length at about 750 miles. The breadth at the widest point, from Tanjong Pen-unjut in Trengganu to Tanjong Hantu in the Dindings territory, is about 200 m. The area is estimated at about 70,000 sq. m. The peninsula is bounded on the N. by Siam, on the S. by the island and strait of Singapore, on the E. by the China Sea, and on the W. by the Strait of Malacca.
